PCS students take tests and the results are compared to national averages.
These are group scores for each grade called Mean Norm Curve Equivalent.
MNCE grades of 34 to 67 would be considered in the average range.
So, grades scored at a 65 would be considered high average and a 40 would be low average.
A 65 means this group scored as high as or better than 65 percent of students nationwide.
Some of these grades only had 1, 2, or 3 students enrolled and may not be
a fair way of making comparisons for year-to-year progress.
