Bake Sale
Bake sale items will up for grabs during all lunch groups through the week of March 16-20! The high school student council will be raising funds for their Spring Formal.
Wood-working Club
Our wood-working club meets after schools from 3:10-5:00. If your student is a part of this club, please be on the lookout for emails from the office staff for meeting updates.
The club will be creating items to be entered into the Virginia Lumber Cup! Please pray for continued safety as they meet.
Special Photo Day
Basketball pictures and Kindergarten graduation pictures will be the morning of Tuesday, March 24.
Spring Market
Our Spring Market will be taking place on Saturday, March 28, 2026! We are looking forward to being able to host our vendors (old and new) at our market!
Vendors will be providing a variety of items spanning from home decor, hand-made bags, crocheted animals, canned goods, jams and jellies, baked goods, and hand-stitched items! We will also be selling some Wildcats swag, so stop by the PCS table to grab some goodies.
Come on out for a fun day of shopping! Concessions will also be available for purchase.

Easter Chapel
Join us on Thursday, April 2 for our Easter Chapel service as we gather as a school to celebrate our Risen Savior!

Grandparent's Day Chapel
Grandparent’s are invited to join us for a special chapel service that will be held honoring our grandparents and the blessings they are in our lives.
Dress Like a Book Character Day
Dress as your favorite book character and be sure to bring your book with you to share with your friends!
Midterms
High school midterms are taking place on March 4-6.
Exempt students are excused from school on those days.
Scholastic Book Fair
We will be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair again this year down in our gymnasium! Students will have view days and shop days to allow them the chance during the school day to purchase the books they may be interested in.
Friday, March 6 is Grandparent’s Day and the last day of the book fair. The book fair will be open for families following the Grandparent’s Day Chapel service.
Alumni Dinner
Our Alumni Dinner will take place in the gymnasium on Sunday, February 8 at 4:00 p.m. This is a catered meal, so invitees will need to fill out their RSVP card as necessary and return back to the school.
We look forward to seeing our PCS Alumni!
Homecoming
Come out and join us in celebrating our annual Homecoming as our Wildcats take on our PCS Alumni in a basketball game. We will be recognizing our Homecoming Court to start the night off at 6:00 p.m.
Concessions will be available for purchase, and check out “Memories of PCS” in the gymnasium cafeteria.
Spelling Bee
PCS will be hosting a Spelling Bee on Wednesday, January 14 at 8:30 a.m.
Contestants will be students in grades first through eighth grade.

Christmas Break
Our Christmas Break will begin December 18.
School will resume on January 5.

Thanksgiving Break
Thanksgiving Break is November 24-28.

Spirit Wear Shop
Visit the gymnasium directly following the Thanksgiving Program to check out our Wildcats spirit wear that is up for purchase!
We will have t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, hats, and hoodies available. Limited stock, so come fast!
Thanksgiving Chapel
Join us for our annual Thanksgiving Chapel as students perform their class presentations and lead us in worship as we give thanks to the One from whom all blessings flow!
Volley-Bash
Our annual Volley-Bash and Senior Night is November 11 at 6:30 p.m. We will be honoring our senior volleyball players first, then having a night of fun games as our teams will be playing against their parents/siblings as well as volleyball alumni and teachers!
We will be selling concessions and spirit wear on this night as well, so come hungry!
PTF Meeting
Our next PTF meeting will be held on Thursday, November 13! All families are welcome to attend so as to get acquainted with the PTF team and see in what ways we can best grow our school!
Meeting start time is set to 7:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you there!
Status Reports
Status Reports will be sent home on Tuesday, November 11. Parents are to view, sign, and return those to school on Wednesday, November 12.

Middle School Fall Formal
Our Fall Formal for the middle school students is Friday, October 24 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Our middle schoolers are looking forward to a fun night of games, food, and music!
BCC Harvest Party
Bethany Christian Church will be hosting its annual Harvest Party on Sunday, October 19, from 3:00-6:00 p.m.
This is a FREE event for the community, so come on out for some food, fun, games, and hay rides while enjoying time with friends and family.
Spirit Night @ Los Rancheros
Los Rancheros in Montpelier is hosting a spirit night for us on Thursday, October 16. Grab dinner from them between 5:00-8:00 for PCS to receive a portion of the profits that night
Floral Club
Mrs. Gillespie will be hosting a floral club after school on Tuesday, October 7 from 3:00-4:00 p.m. First lesson will be in making boutonnieres!
Any students in 7th-12th grades are welcome to attend!
